Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your handcrafted leather-bound book. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Standard (Non-Personalized) Items
Unpersonalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Contact us to arrange a return before sending anything back. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized or custom-inscribed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you. Please double-check spelling, names, and dates carefully before submitting a custom order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if we made an error on your personalization, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Handmade Variation
Every book is individually hand-bound. Minor natural variations in leather grain, shade, and finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
